How To Use? There are many many ways to use this oil.:
Method A: Bryan’s Suggestion for First time user. (EASY) This is for no time and want to absorb all the power of the tonic oil. Use warm water foot bath.

In the evening: Massage the feet both with this Tonic Oil. Coat both feet with the oil. And Prepare a pail of warm water. Immerse the feet in it for 15mins. And relax. Wipe clean and u rinse with soap if u want. Massage stomach, neck shoulder, lower back with this oil and go to sleep.

DO for 3 days.

Method B: General Massage for wellbeing Apply the oil to stomach Massage Stomach, lower back and massage neck shoulder too. Follow by kneecap. By now your hand still have abit of oil. U can start massage head and other parts as shown in the chart

Bryan's method: I apply tonic oil massage stomach, neck shoulder and knee cap and legs myself first.

Than I choose the some of acupressure beside and press. Depends what u want. No need to do all. But I find press the footbase and head is best.

Method C: For insomnia and Improve Sleep Quality First Massage the oil to your tummy , lower back and neck shoulder. After massage in the oil to the 3 parts of body. Rub both palm till warm and perform all the steps shown/ First one is put hand few cm away from head. Very powerful. you can massage the others yourself 1 min per pic.
