My Words: For me, crystal therapies have energized me, healed illness, helped me break bad habits and changed my life. This is true energy medicine. Some facts about crystal

12 years ago: I ask a healer, why same piece of stone from Shop A price is more expensive then shop B. Now I know why... Is the energy. But again, some can markup so high and tell u energy. Infact u will know one.

Maintenance of Crystal

Remember once awhile to rinse your activated crystal with water. But first time u buy u can rinse with evian. But all crystals u buy from me is cleansed and charged:>.U clean with water is just for hygiene and sometimes is good to clean and recharge under the sun. For me sometimes I will bring crystal to garden or put under the SUN for 5mins.

Must DO when free:

Aura Cleansing

Strong Aura: Have you cleanse ur aura with the method I taught? Personally I find sweeping with hand by holding a tissue with few drops of rosemary oil works wonder. I love to cleanse my aura whenever i feel sluggish or moody. A very quick pick me up remedy. I also feel, wearing an amethyst bracelet will protect our aura, not so easily to be dirtied. Is important to have a cleanse and strong aura.

Alternative Aura Strengthening method:

1) hold a piece of clear quartz wand and put near your heart with eyes closed. Sit on a L shaped chair, and relax point X. Do 3 times deep breathing. And say : My aura is strengthen and only good things can enter:>

Clear Quartz is also a good stone as it can strengthen and cleanse aura.

Immunity Booster: Put a blue crystal (in your charka bag) near your chest. Choose any two of the crystals from your chakra bag, hold with each hand and relax.

Emotional Problem: Put a green aventurine on your chest. Hold a clear quartz crysal on left hand and right hand hold a root chakra crystal.

Grounding Is Needed in All aspect of Life

Without grounding our life will be upside down very easily. We will have difficulty in anchoring our energy in what we are doing. And always floating, moody and body aches.

Now grounding ancient method: Visualise , feet grow roots and to center of earth, relax the shoulders and Point between butt and reproductive area (Point X). And smile with eyes close for 5mins. Ancient time easier because not many people stay in High Buuildings or alot of electrical disturbance.

For me: A grounding stone like Onyx, Black tourmaline etc is definitely useful in grounding. There are many methods. For me I hold a Grounding stone or put beside me. And with eye close and feel my feet is touching the ground and relax.

What is your method? Is all up to u. Just remember grounding is wonderful. And it helps release extra "unwanted energy" to the body. Is like the EARTH line of the plug.

Alot of times we find our immune system drops, and also many times we cant express ourselves at work or with people. U can hold a blue stone near throat chakra. And in your heart says " I am open to the healing energy of blue and my throat chakra is activated with love and light"

Hold the crystal and say" I intend pure healing energy for this crystal , love and light x 3".

Hold the crystal on any parts of the body that need healing.

Sometimes u too tired to do that, u can put the crystal on tummy or chest and relax.

4 Crystal healing method is basic

Now class. I am using quartz as example. U can change formation anytime u want. But bsic is Base of both feet must put a Black stone (didnt draw in).

Formation A: (ANCIENT METHOD) [Need two Quartz and one Stone black)

Base of foot put Black stones.

Left hand hold a quartz with the point (as shown). Right hand a quartz pointing down.

Formation B: (ANCIENT METHOD) [Need four Quartz if u have)

Base of foot put black stone. Left and Right Hand as in formation A. Base of left foot put Quartz pointing the direction as shown.

Formation C:

Than the four stones:

Base of foot put black stone.

Left and right hand hold any kind of stones (Healing Set).Stomach put a orange carnelian.

If husband and wife do this together hor... will create chances of babies.....For babies producing, husband stomach put red tiger eye, wife put orange carnelian.

Base of foot is black stone.

5mins a day can le:>

OR for relaxation individual on bed or before sleep.

Base of foot put a Onyx or Black Tourmaline. Left hand and right hand hold the healing set. Stomach put a clear quartz activated healing wand facing down.

Making a WISH or Recharge by holding a crystal:

From your crystal collections. When u are stress pick up any crystal that caught your eyes. Hold it with right hand and relax. U will feel recharge in no time

Making a wish ; Normally I dedicate one clear quartz crystal and program it for a wish. I will hold and think of the wish. Than this particular piece will keep for the only wish. As each clear quartz is for one wish. Once wish comes true , u can wash the quartz with salt and reuse for new wishes.(set of 4 at $55)

Morning Energy Method

Always have some crystals beside ur bed. SO early in the morning u wake up, hold a favourite crystal (choose anyone that is more drawn to u that day.). Perform breathing exercise for 3mins.

Procedure as most of you like ahhah:

Hold a crystal. Drop your shoulders . Deep breathing 3 times. Then return to normal breathing and relax.....

If u can be determined for 1 week; It can cure consitpation, indigestion etc many problems. Personally I love to hold a crysal ball but is up to u. U can choose one of the healing set.

PMS PAIN or Stomach Pain or Energised, 10mins rest method using Bryan's Activated

Throughout the years I find this method helps in stomach pain and some ladies find it reduces PMS pain. Or boost drained energy.

Personally I feel left and right hand hold natural unpolished activated quartz is the best.

Stomach u can put crystal wand. tiger eye or orange carnelian or cardamon crystal best. Of course base of foot area put black tourmaline or black stones.

For healing heartache , release fear and phobia

Hold a crystal for heart (kunzite, rose quartz or aventurine activated). Put near ur heart area which will relief heartache from emotional problems.

For healing of Pain with Clear Quartz

Hold a clear quartz activated wand (small will do). Hold it a distant away from chest. Rotate to ur chest area few times CW and Anti CW. Visualise any kind of pain is zap of by the crystal Quartz.

Because the HEART of LOVE activation release all pain from body. This is the famous heart release pain method.

U can point at the pain area if u want to. But let say cannot reach certain pain area , u just point the the heart area and visualise the wand send love energy to painful area.

Base of where u seat, infront of u, a piece of black stone is needed.
